Range Rover Evoque demand leads to an extra £1bn for UK suppliers

Jaguar Land Rover has announced it plans to spend a further £1bn in the UK supply chain as a result of the continued global demand for the Range Rover Evoque. The Range Rover Evoque has been named car of the year by readers of the MSN Cars website. The Evoque, which has a top speed of 135mph and the ability to go from 0 to 60mph in just 7.1 seconds, took the accolade with 3,612 public votes, equal to 12 per cent of the total votes cast.
